We have two types of our service that relate to the data that we hold on our users.  These are described as;

  • Holding information on users for the purpose of referring Clinicians with an interest in the SaliPen who wish to use it for their patients/clients
  • Holding information on users who have contacted us directly to enquire and purchase a SaliPen.

We collect your name and contact details as part of the enquiry or purchase of a SaliPen. 

Notwithstanding the service that you are using, the following applies.  Trifolium Consulting Limited, the Saliwell Limited Agent for the supply of SaliPen, collects personal information when you register an enquiry about SaliPen.  We use this information to ensure we can make contact with you effectively; for example to follow up your enquiry about SaliPen.  This information will be emailed to you, and there is always an Unsubscribe link at the top and bottom of any email sent from us. 

We will collect your email address and telephone number to ensure that your details and requirements are completed correctly and to provide you with easy access to communicate with us, should the need arise.

We do not share any of your personal details with any other organisation for any purpose.  We do not engage in marketing activity nor will we contact you about any other matter other than those that directly link to the SaliPen product.

We collect information about you when you register an interest in the SaliPen product directly, through contact to Saliwell Limited who manufacture the product, or via a Senior Clinician who has expressed an interest in the product.

Within this Privacy Policy when we refer to you we mean the person whose personal information we collect, use and process.  This includes anyone who contacts us in connection with the product and service we provide.

We may collect the following information from you;

  • Your contact phone numbers
  • Your email address
  • Your postal address
  • Your relevant health details
  • Your payment details
